The customer specializes in the production of automotive brake pads, clutch plates, precision stampings, and hardware tools, with products primarily exported to Central American and North American markets. As most of their workpieces are thin-walled structures, traditional shot blasting methods risked causing deformation or damage. The customer urgently needed surface treatment equipment that could efficiently clean while protecting the integrity of their workpieces.
